5:1 Group Leader Update for 8/30/2008

Good evening all –

Sorry for the relatively terse email – we are getting ready for a party Thursday night to celebrate Joe’s departure for 9 months in Japan – and getting ready for his Sunday departure. Work is chaotic and Therese is very busy at her job also so we are running a tight schedule.

It looks like a couple long runs this week-end. From the emails, I’ve gathered:

  • Jeff: 17 – last 14 fast – with the weather I’ll be trying to hold them below 9:00 minutes.
  • Lindsay: 19

Anyone else going long?

Lindsay –we can start early – 4:20am– and get your 9 in before the group arrives at 6:00AM. Lynn and Leo have agreed to come out at 5:15am and run 4 with us. Then we can meet the rest of the group at 6:00am

So I think with everyone else is coming at 6:00am. Meet us at the 10 mile mark and we’ll head out there.

See you tomorrow!!!

jlo
