2:1 Group Leader Update for 11/15/2008

Hi all – hope your running week is going well  This week will be another slow 4 miles – just the college loop.  Dean’s out of town this weekend so it’ll just be Rudy and me – if you’re looking to go longer or faster or at a pace greater than 1:1, please let Iris or Linda know and they’ll hook you up with the right group.

We’ll meet at the parking lot at 5:50 a.m.  Please let me know if you’ll there on Saturday.
