3:1 Group Leader Update for 11/15/2008

Well, this week in Temple Terrace is low mileage for each of the upcoming Marathons (Gasparilla, Disney, Jacksonville), so we can do 8 – 10 and everyone will be happy.

I have to scoot after the run because I am a ‘Hostess’ at our Church’s Ladies Tea at 9:45am.   I will only be able to run 8 so if anyone does want to run more, we can sync up in the morning.

5:50am in the Parking lot

Oh and BTW:  The Richard’s Run for Life was a blast.   I did not break any land-speed records but I really enjoyed it.  I ate Paella and Salad with Beth and Susanne.   I saw the back of Sonny and Mary’s heads after the race as they passed by (the music was blaring at that time).  Never saw Charlene again after the race.  Elisabeth took off pretty soon after the race.

I did see Luis (not during the race but afterward at the YMCA), who DID break a land-speed record of 19:41 and won first in his age group!!!!  Congratulations Luis!!!

See you soon,

Janet
