Congrats to those who ran the Holiday Halfathon and Galloway 13.1! Big Whoop Whoop to Edgar who completed his 1st Half and Melanie for completing her 15th Half in 2015!! Big accomplishments this season! We’re all proud of you guys!
This week we have a couple of long milers: Disney Marathon and Celebration Marathon. Those who are running Dopey have 4 days of training in a row (Thurs: 45 min workout, Fri: 5 mile walk, Sat: 12 mile walk and Sun: 26 run/walk). Get your mind and body prepared for this! Stay positive! By now, you all should know what nutrition/drink works for you. Don’t change it up on race day. Stick to what you know. You don’t want to hurt that belly of yours. Be sure to coordinate your long runs with your running group pals. No one runs alone!!! We’ll see you all on Saturday! Stay strong my friends!!!
